Hi, I am looking into taking a family vacation in November to Disney World. We are staying on the grounds but are not getting a meal plan. What could we expect is a reasonable amount of money we would spend on dining, snacks, activites, etc?! Thanks!

Hi Jennifer! Thanks for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Panel! The answer really depends on if you will be doing a lot of Table Service (full service) vs Quick Service (think fast food) dining at Walt Disney World. My family always does at least one Table Service meal each day and sometimes two. In general, I budget $50 per adult per day for food and snacks, and $30 per child. That works out about right for my family over the course of a trip. However, to get a really good idea of what food costs, I recommend visiting the independent website AllEars.Net. There you can find the menu, including prices, of all the restaurants at Walt Disney World. I hope this helps! Write back with more questions!
