    We are looking at taking a Fall/Winter vacation in 2011, and have not decided whether we want to attend the Halloween or Christmas festivities. What are the 2011 dates for the Halloween and Christmas celebrations (i.e. decorations, etc)?

    Hello Alison,

    While the dates for this year's Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) have not yet been officially announced, you know these popular celebrations will be taking place in the Magic Kingdom. I absolutely love both of these parties!

    But even without knowing the party dates, from what I can remember, you'll start to see fall decorations pop up in late August. The fun remains up until the first week of November. That's when Disney starts to dismantle the displays and start to get ready for the winter holidays. Depending on how long you're staying in Florida, you could possibly get a taste of both holidays if you time your vacation right!
