Hi Miranda!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting that you're thinking about planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation for your family next year! Your little princess will fall in love with classic rides such as
"it's a small world" and
Peter Pan's Flight. I'll never forget the look on my son's face the first time he was flying through the air on Dumbo the Flying Elephant!
I have fantastic news for you! Children under 3 years of age are not charged admission into any of the four theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort! As a mom to a Mouseketeer who has always been quite tall for his age, I can understand your concern about possibly needing to prove your daughter's age. Miranda, you will not be asked to prove her age upon entering any of the four theme parks, and no official form of identification will be needed. A Cast Member might ask you how old she is, but will not ask you to provide proof of her age!
Miranda, be sure to grab a complimentary First Visit button at
Guest Relations in any of the four theme parks or at the front desk of your
Walt Disney World Resort hotel to commemorate her first magical vacation visiting Mickey and all his friends! Cast Members and Guests will go out of their way to wish your daughter a pixie-dusted day!
If you have any other questions, please come back and visit us again!
