I am looking at taking my boyfriend and our kids to Disneyworld in December... I obviously want fun for the kids ages 12, 6 and 4, but I want a relaxed setting for all of us. Perhaps our own condo, bungalow ...where should we stay - 6 days.

    Hello, Rachel,

Thank you for your question, and you have many resorts options available to you while at Walt Disney World that reflect a variety of budgets and tastes.  Within the value resorts, you may find a family suite at Disney's All-Star Music Resort or Disney's Art of Animation Resort a good match. Family suites include a bedroom with one queen-size bed; one double-size convertible TableBed; one double-size sleeper sofa; living room; 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.  The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are a moderate resort and are comprised of individual log cabins.  The Cabins have a living room, bedroom, one bathroom, and a full kitchen.  In addition to these resorts, Disney offers a variety of Deluxe Villas:  studios, one-bedroom, two-bedrooms, and grand villas. For my family with 3 children, we love staying in the two-bedroom villas and all the space it provides as well as a washer and dryer.  And of course, you can certainly opt for booking two connecting rooms at any of the resorts to give you more space.

I'd look over the links and if you have additional questions about the specific resorts, please let us know.  I also noticed that there are some room discounts for some dates in December, so looking over the  Special Offers may help you when trying to decide upon a Walt Disney World Resort.
