Looking for suggestions for TS dinner at DD with 4 adults & 2 DS's (8&11), outside of the regular "kid" choices. Is Raglan Road a good choice for kids? Any other favourites? Couldn't plan this without you guys...you're the best!

    Hi Kim,

Raglan Road is one of my family's favorite spots at Downtown Disney. We love the food and the atmosphere, which is kid-friendly but not juvenile. The familiar cuisine with an updated twist -- like the deconstructed shepherd's pie -- offers interesting fare for the more adventurous. But there are plenty of choices, like the beer-battered fish and chips and the pub burger, for those with more traditional tastes.

The restaurant and pub also has nightly entertainment, which gives an added air of festivity.

Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe is a close second for us. Downstairs, the restaurant is kind of upscale casual and has great sushi, wood-fired pizzas, pasta and lots of other choices. Kids can feel welcome, but a little grown up, too. The Dining Room upstairs is elegant and has more of a special occasion feel.

I hope that helps. Dining is our family's favorite Disney activity, so let me know if I can answer any more questions about eating or general Disney fun as you plan your visit. Enjoy your time with your family.
