Welcome to planDisney, Zachariah!
As a fellow parent in the trenches, I know the importance of having a stroller for a Disney trip. Not only do those little legs need a place to rest (and, hopefully, nap), strollers are great for storing bags, drinks, snacks, sunscreen, souvenirs, etc. When my kids are too old for a stroller, I seriously don't know where I'm going to put all my stuff!
Guests are welcome to bring their own strollers into the theme parks (we always bring our double stroller with us), as long as the stroller is within the dimensions limit of 31" wide and 52" long. However,
you cannot bring wagons and "stroller wagons" inside the theme parks. If you don't have a suitable stroller from home, you can easily
rent Mickey and Minnie-themed single or double strollers at the Disneyland Resort. You can rent them on a day-to-day basis, or rent them for the entirety of your stay. Also, did you know that you can even rent a stroller from an outside company? There are several companies that deliver strollers to your hotel. For example, ScooterBug, which is an official Disney Featured Provider, will drop off and pick up strollers (and other mobility devices) at your hotel. You don't even need to be present! My in-laws did this last year and had a great experience.
I hope that's helpful, Zachariah. If you visit Disneyland Park, I'd suggest boarding a raft and heading over to
Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer Island. My kids love exploring the many nooks and crannies and searching for hidden treasure. If you go to Disney California Adventure Park, stop by the
Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in Grizzly Peak. My kids absolutely adore running around and exploring this brilliant area.
Have a fantastic trip, Zachariah. Thanks for stopping by planDisney. See ya real soon.
Mike
