Looking into staying at Value resort (MOVIES) do the three value resorts share a bus? I'm reading when some people visited the hotel had own bus no sharing.

Hi Jennifer, wishing you a very warm Canadian welcome to planDisney!

As a fellow Ontarian, I bet you're also occupying yourself amidst this snowfall by looking ahead to sunnier skies on your upcoming trip down to Florida. We've stayed at Value Resort Hotels many times in the past, and most recently had several friends choosing Disney's All-Star Sports Resort for their stay this month. I asked a similar question on their behalf as I was giving them instructions on how to meet us at the Theme Parks each day.

According to the friendly Transportation Cast Members, you can expect the complimentary Disney Resort Bus Service to be shared between Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, Disney's All-Star Music Resort and Disney's All-Star Movies Resort - with pickups typically in that order throughout the day. At various busier times of the year when there is higher demand, there may be buses dispatched to each Resort Bus loop individually in order to alleviate long waits and reduced space on board. This may also be done at the end of the night as crowds surge leaving the Theme Parks to make it more efficient for guests who might not be able to recognize where they are staying in the darkness. (While this is always subject to change, in my experience they tend to do a good job of observing when a line starts to build up and folks haven't had a chance to board already-full buses by sending another empty one soon after.)

Strategy-wise, I tend to recommend staying at Disney's All-Star Sports purely to maximize the probability of snagging a seat and getting picked up first. (This strategy does however tend to backfire during cheerleading competition season during the first half of the year, when buses from here tend to be significantly busier and packed with large, excited groups that are full of - dare I say it - cheer!)

Speaking of special times of the year, you may be fortunate enough to be able to attend the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival during your stay. After spending a day tasting all of the delicious delights to savor and sip from around the world, it'll be comforting knowing that you'll always have a bus available to take you safely back for a well-deserved rest.

Please come back to planDisney and ask me anything that might help you on your way to Walt Disney World Resort this year - I'm always happy to lend my personal recommendations and a handy tip or two to fellow Canadians on our voyages south of the border!

Wishing you pleasant journeys ahead as you embark on your adventures by bus,
    Prince
