Hi I am looking into staying in Disney in March, my question is, I have stayed at the Pop Century twice and had a great time, I am thinking about staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort, They are pretty similar in price any Suggestions?

    Hi Samuel!

A Walt Disney World vacation in March is a great way to escape the wintry temperatures and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine, not to mention soaking in the magic of Disney.  My family and I have had a fantastic time at both Pop Century Resort and recently Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  Deciding on a resort can be a really difficult part to planning any Disney vacation, because they are all just fabulous.  What you want to decide is if you have any particular amenities that are a must have for your vacation and if it is going to fit your budget.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort has a fantastic main pool that my children just loved.  Old Port Royale is where you will find your quick-service location and a fantastic pool that has two water slides and wonderful play area for little ones.  The rooms are slightly larger than those at Pop Century and have queen size beds plus a double sink as opposed to one.  The resort is gorgeous and I loved the beautiful Caribbean theme found throughout the resort.  One thing you might want to consider about this resort is that it is very spread out, much more so than Pop Century.  While there is an internal bus system that stops at various areas around the resort, it can take a little longer to reach your final destination.  I would highly recommend staying in a preferred section of this resort that will allow you to be closer to Old Port Royale to help cut down on your travel time.

I always encourage everyone to try staying at as many different Disney Resorts as possible, each offer something unique.  If longer traveling time and a more spread out resort is not what you are looking for, you may want to stick with Pop Century or check out Disney's new Art of Animation which is also in the value category.

I hope this helps, Samuel and please let me know if you have anymore questions!

    Best Wishes!
