    Looking to stay in WDW in April 2019, vacation starts on Easter... I know it'll be crazy Easter Sunday but will it mellow out some by the end of the week to be in the parks or should I try to vacation another month?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to answer your question regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

    I am VERY aware of the week after Easter because I took my daughter a few months ago to celebrate the HUGE milestone of graduating from high school! What I found out is that many schools in the North take their Spring Break the week after Easter weekend. Since you are from Vermont, I assume this will be the case for you next year.

    I have been to Walt Disney World many times and at different times of the year, and I can honestly say that this week was one of the busiest I have ever seen the Disney Theme Parks. If you have the option of going another month, or at least a later week in April, I would definitely recommend a different time. (NOTE: The crowd did start thinning out by Friday of that week; however, it was still busy.)
