    Hello, We are looking to stay at the Port Orleans-Riverside in September 2012. This is our first time at this resort! I was wondering if it is walking distance to Downtown Disney, Epcot or Boardwalk? Do we have to take a bus everywhere?

    Hi Amanda - Unfortunately, Port Orleans Riverside isn't really walking distance from any of the theme parks.  You will need to take a bus to get to them.  Buses do run frequently, but I generally plan for it to take about an hour to get to the parks.  It doesn't usually take that long, but I like to leave extra time.  

    However, there is a boat that goes to Downtown Disney.  It's a nice option, and takes about 20 minutes.  I'd definitely recommend it if you are planning on going to Downtown Disney.
