Welcome to planDisney, Jack. I always love to hear from a fellow UK resident looking to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. Now, I can't get enough of that Disney Magic, so the longer staying immersed in the bubble, the better! Let's try and find the best solution for your desired stay.
You're right, Jack! Seven days is the lowest available to purchase from the United Kingdom website. I recommend price-checking the difference for all the upcoming suggestions, as you may be surprised to see the value offered in the
UK Magic Ticket.
You can book a package through the European site (in euros).
Hotel and tickets are available for as little as 2-day stays. The standard tickets available here do not include Park Hopper (it's available as an optional upgrade).
The second option is to buy single-day or shorter-dated tickets for Walt Disney World in the United States. Prices are subject to change and will vary depending on the park you visit, the date, and various optional add-ons such as a Park Hopper Option. If you choose this option, I recommend buying tickets in the States online, or by calling Guest Services rather than at the Main Entrance Ticket Booths, so there is no availability disappointment at the gate.
Depending on your Park preference, a third option is buying tickets for special events, such as
Disney's Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios or
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park. Both are running at the time of your proposed arrival. These special festive (separately ticketed) events offer unique experiences, such as the Christmastime Parade and the potential for quieter ride times. You can get a head start on the fun for both events by entering the Parks from 4 pm.
I hope this information helps, Jack. Anytime at Walt Disney World is magical, but
Christmastime? MAG-I-CAL! Please pop back here if you need any further help, Louise.
