Hi Kelly,
Welcome to planDisney from a fellow Hoosier! A 16-night vacation at Walt Disney World Resort sure sounds nice considering our current local weather, so thanks for letting me daydream while I help answer your question.
Kelly, theme park tickets vary in price based on a few factors. The time of year you are traveling and any additional choices, like
Park Hopper or Water Park and Sports Options, will affect the price of your tickets. You can view
current pricing for theme park tickets on the Walt Disney World website, which is a great opportunity to test out different vacation dates or add on the Park Hopper Option. Prices are subject to change without notice.
You may see on the website that you can only purchase theme park tickets for up to 10 days at a time. In your case, you’ll want to purchase a 10-day ticket and then another four- or five-day ticket. If you are planning on booking a Disney Resort Hotel Room and Ticket package, you’ll need to book two separate shorter reservations, also known as a “split-stay,” as the reservation system currently only allows you to book up to 14 nights at a time. I also recommend that you visit the
Special Offers page on the Walt Disney World Resort website to see if you find any deals that apply to you.
Kelly, if you plan on visiting Walt Disney World Resort again within a year of your next visit, you may want to consider an
Annual Pass. Take a look at the current price of the Disney Incredi-Pass and think about whether an Annual Pass fits your future vacation plans.
I hope this helps get you started on your vacation plans, Kelly. If you’d like to make your Disney Resort Hotel Reservation or purchase your tickets over the phone, you are welcome to
call and speak to a Cast Member. If you have any more questions as you continue to plan, we’d love to help you at planDisney!
Tomorrow is just a dream away,
Kaitlin
