Hello there, Mor!
Disney's complimentary transportation service is available to guests of the Swan and Dolphin. A bus will pick you and your family up from the bus stop just to the left of the main building when exiting. At the bus stop, you will see benches and electronic monitors to let you know the time of arrival for each bus operating for the day.
Getting to and from your resort does require the bus to journey on the main roads that other cars and modes of transportation use. Unfortunately, there isn't a private lane or entrance for buses to use. All of the buses are the same no matter which resort you are staying.
The buses in operation at Walt Disney World that take guests to the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs do not have seat belts that would allow for a car seat to be secured properly. Many families hold their little ones in their lap and feel very safe do that. The Cast Members driving are always very aware and safe when transporting guests.
I would suggest finding a seat near the rear of the bus that faces the front. That way, you will have a seat back or railing in front of you to help secure you and your little one during your ride.
Mor, enjoy your time at Walt Disney World! If you have more questions, please visit with us anytime!
Happy planning!
