Hi Amanda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I know it's kind of draining at the time, but dining at Walt Disney World Resort with picky eaters (spouses included) is kind of fun when you think about it; they don't ask for every treat they see, you can use their dining plan snack credits yourself, and when they are older you can tease them about the time they didn't want a Mickey shaped waffle for breakfast.
I'm told that there should be a selection of fresh pastries every morning, despite not officially listed on the breakfast menu of the
World Premier Food Court at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. This Hollywood marque themed food court has five unique stations, each offering it's own menu. The area in the center, The Grand, is more of a grab-and-go area where freshly baked items should be located.
If you cannot find the danishes and muffins that your kids desire at your hotel, they are listed on the menu of the
Intermission Food Court at Disney's All-Star Music Resort, which is walking distance from your hotel. In fact, if you request a room in the Mighty Ducks or 101 Dalmatians buildings, you'll be equidistant between the two food courts, if not closer to the breakfast bakery of All-Star Music.
Your Disney Dining Plan and Rapid Refill Mugs would be valid at both locations.
Bonus Tip: Shhh! The food court at All-Star Movies may or may not have a secret menu. Word on the internet is that you ask about it at The Roxy station. I won't ruin the surprise, but there are three bonus dinner time options that deserve their own red carpet.
I hope this helped with your meal planning, Amanda, and we'll see you real soon!
~Kristen
