We’re looking for some special birthday touches for our soon to be six year old daughter. We will be staying at POP Century March 1-7. We are Passholders and have a Disney VISA. Thank you!

    Hello there, Lisa!

Thank you so much for being here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Birthday celebrations at Walt Disney World Resort are my favorite! Since I was a little girl, my parents always gave my sisters and I the choice of having a birthday party or going to a Disney Park. Almost 20 years later and the three of us have continued the tradition of visiting a Disney Park. I now get to share that same tradition with my two kids and it’s been Magical.

We love to add little Magical touches to the birthday girl or boy each time we travel around a celebration. Some of my recommendations for your daughter include, a princess makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or an In-Room Celebration surprise. An In-Room Celebration includes a fun little surprise waiting for your birthday girl, there in your room at Disney’s Pop Century Resort. You may also want to consider something the whole family could enjoy, like a Character Dining experience. My family has carried the tradition of dining with Characters on special occasions year after year.

Don’t forget to visit the Guest Experience Team at the parks, or even the front desk at your resort for a “Happy Birthday” pin your daughter can wear on her very special day! You could even celebrate the entire length of your stay, with adding Magical extras throughout the entire trip. Make sure to checkout the Passholder Extras available options, there you might find something your daughter would enjoy doing that you could add.

Since you are a Disney Visa Cardmember be sure to also enjoy the Cardmember Star Wars Character Experience and the Cardmember Character Experience at Epcot. Here, you and your family will be able to enjoy an exclusive visit with some of your favorite Characters!

I hope your daughter has a Very Happy Birthday and a Very Merry Unbirthday, the rest of the time!
