Welcome BACK, Melissa!
How exciting that you're coming back Home after almost two years away. So many
new experiences and dining locations have opened since your last visit. I'm excited for you to finally travel to Pandora - The World of Avatar and play in Andy's Backyard!
Some of my favorite not-just-eating
Disney Dining Locations are: Garden Grill Restaurant, where in addition to meeting Character the restaurant rotates through scenes of Epcot's Living With The Land attraction; you'll meet Mickey, Pluto and Stitch at 'Ohana, which is a fantastic family-style meal that feels a bit more upscale than other theme park meals. But my absolute favorite is the dinner show Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. Not only has this Walt Disney World classic been running for 44 years, it's been voted as some of the best fried chicken and ribs on the entire property.
Dessert Events and Dining Packages have become really popular lately. I love that these bookings come with reserved seating to parades, shows, and or fireworks viewing. I'm usually the one who has to hold the seats an hour or two in advance of the event for the rest of my party when we don't book one of these packages. But when we do, I get some park time back!
Don't forget about
Disney Springs and Disney's BoardWalk. The Coca-Cola Rooftop Beverage Bar is pretty fun with their around-the-world tasting trays. Ample Hills Creamery has a create-your-own ice cream flight where you can sample six flavors. And the brand new Chicken Guy has a 20 different sauces!
I hope this helped, Melissa, and We'll See You Real Soon!
