Looking for several restaurant recommendations for lunch and dinner. We have a three children.

    Hi Carlo:

Eating is one of my favorite things to do, and Disney makes it easy by offering a number of wonderful dining establishments. Disney restaurants range from award-winning establishments to quick-service dining options. Common elements the restaurants all share are great food and wonderful theming. With scores of restaurants throughout the Parks, the Resorts, and Downtown Disney, I can't provide an exhaustive list, but I'll share some of my family's favorite locations to make an advance dining reservation to help you plan your trip:

For signature dining experiences, my family enjoys dining at the California Grill, which boasts breath-taking views of Cinderella's Castle and the Wishes fireworks display; Artists Point, serving Pacific Northwest Specialties at the Wilderness Lodge Resort; Jiko featuring traditional Indian, Mediterranean and African cuisine with conventional fare at Animal Kingdom Lodge; and the tropically-themed 'Ohanas restaurant in Disney's Polynesian Resort.

Each trip, my family also enjoys a few meals at one of the countries in Epcot's World Showcase, such as Le Cellier (Canada) or Rose & Crown (England).

Other favorites include the water-themed Coral Reef in Epcot and Irish fare at Raglan Road in Downtown Disney.

For all-you-can-eat buffets, your family may enjoy Boma (Animal Kingdom Lodge), Biergarten (Germany in Epcot), Tusker House (Animal Kingdom), and Cape May Café (Beach Club Resort). For a character meal, consider breakfast at Chef Mickeys (Contemporary Resort).

Your family and children may have various food preferences, so I would review menus, which can generally be found in pdf format on the restaurant's webpage. You can explore more and make advance dining reservations online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

    Enjoy your vacation.
