I was looking to se how much WiFi costs for multiple devices. My family and I are traveling together in 3 cabins on the Disney Magic on May 7.

Welcome aboard planDisney, Giovanna! I'm sure you're excited to be finalizing your plans to set sail next month on the Disney Magic with your family! It sounds like you'll have plenty of company to make magical memories with at sea!

Giovanna, I've been looking into the internet packages for my own sailing (in just 2 more days!) aboard the Disney Wish, and I'm happy to share the information with you about current pricing and package options so you can decide which plan will work best for your family's needs!

At this time, Disney Cruise Line vessels offer two internet packages:
    • Internet Package: This package allows guests to access emails, social media, texting, Zoom and Wi-fi calling, and the internet, but does not support long-form video or streaming applications or websites. The current price for this package starts at $26/day (prices are subject to change).
    • Internet plus Streaming: This package includes all of the same access as the basic Internet package but also supports video and music streaming platforms like YouTube, Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix (to name a few). The current price for this package starts at $42/day (prices are subject to change).
Giovanna, the details and exact pricing for each package can be found by visiting dclwifi.com once you are onboard. When you're ready to purchase, you can open your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, find the "Connect to the Internet" card and select your package and number of devices; each package can support up to 4 devices, so if you will need to connect more than 4 devices simultaneously, you will need to purchase an additional package. If your family is like mine and plans to use multiple devices at the same time on a single package, you will need to purchase for each device when you make your selections. Another option, if you plan to have only one member of your party access the internet at a time, is to purchase for one device and take turns logging in and out of the package. You will also see that Disney Cruise Line does offer a discount (currently 20%) for any guest who purchases the internet for the entire voyage within the first 24 hours of your sailing.

I hope this helps you to stay connected, Giovanna! If you have any other questions before you set sail with Captain Mickey, you're always welcome to come see us again at planDisney!

    Bon Voyage,
    Alison
