Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elizabeth! Thanks for stopping by with your question.
You are just days away from an unforgettable visit to the most magical place on earth. I hope you are as excited as I just got from merely typing those words! Have you started packing yet? Don’t forget your favorite ears, Mickey tees, and your backup batteries for your smart devices so you can enjoy all the magical, and super helpful, features the
My Disney Experience mobile app will provide you once you are enjoying the magic!
Elizabeth, on evenings when a special event is scheduled, like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you will see regular park hours listed, followed by the special event schedule. Guests with regular park admission visiting that park on that day will have to exit the park at the regular closing time posted. In order to enjoy the special events during the party, like the fireworks you are seeing scheduled at 10 pm, you will need the
special event ticket for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. I highly recommend attending this party. It’s my favorite special event of the holidays!
If you are not planning on attending the party on your scheduled Magic Kingdom day, I would recommend changing your day to a day when the regular park hours are longer, so you can enjoy more time at the park and also experience the dazzling firework show, Happily Ever After. You don’t want to miss it!
Also, consider adding the park hopper option to your tickets that will provide you the flexibility to visit more than one theme park in one day.
For any additional questions, don’t hesitate to stop by. I hope you have a very merry visit this holiday season! See ya real soon! ~Emille
