Looking for a Sat.-Tues. trip with the least crowds. I booked 2/1-2/4 already but don't mind changing if there is a better suggestion. Would love to have free dining too but they haven't released anything for next year. Any ideas for that too. Thanks!!

    Hi Meredyth!

Back in 1987 Disney started a campaign that asked all Superbowl Winners, " just won the Superbowl, what are you going to do next?"Every year since 1987, Superbowl winners appear next day in the Magic Kingdom for a special Superbowl parade. Superbowl XLVIII is scheduled for February 2nd, meaning that the parade will probably take place on February 3rd.While not a huge impact for the other 3 parks, the extra fans, security and Superbowl winners will impact the Magic Kingdom.  Also, taking a look at your dates National Dance Association will be hosting it's nationals at Disney's Wide World of Sports.

I wasn't sure that if you were looking to go during a certain time of year, so I just listed what I think would be the best times to visit from a Saturday to Tuesday.

Anytime in September or early October, except for Labor Day weekend

My family loves Disney's Free Dining Promotion and it has afforded us the opportunity to try many table-service restaurants that we might not have otherwise tried. The dates that have been offered have changed over the years so there is really no way to know for certain if or when Disney will offer this promotion for 2014.Basing my guess on this year,September is always a good month because it has always been included every year since the promotion was introduced.October through December (excluding holiday periods) is also a time that the Free Dining Promotion has typically been offered.  If you are looking for the least crowded time of year and the possibility of free dining, I would suggest visiting in September. You can always go ahead and book your vacation and if a discount becomes available, just call (407) W-Disney to have your dates changed or have any special offers added.

I hope this was helpful and please let me know if you have anymore questions!

    Happy Planning!
