We are looking for rooms, suites or villas that offer 2 full bathrooms? What are the best options?

Hi Bryna! Welcome to planDisney! We’re so happy you stopped by with your question. There’s nothing I appreciate more than extra space in my resort hotel room, and with two teens, we especially need an extra bathroom! Let’s take a look at your options at Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

The first option you have is going to be family suites at the Value Resorts. These are at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. The family suites are for parties of up to 6 people and have the two full bathrooms you’re looking for. The main bathroom has a shower and tub combo and the second bath in the master bedroom has a shower. One of the fun perks of the Value Resorts is all of the bright, colorful theming that makes you feel completely immersed in the magic!

From there, you’ll need to look at Deluxe Villas. These bring a real wow factor along with extra space. There are three resorts that offer 1-bedroom villas with two full bathrooms. These are at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, and Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows. All of these are truly spacious, luxurious villas that give you the comforts of home right in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort. I personally love 1-bedroom villas and stay in them every opportunity I get!

Some of the other 1-bedroom Deluxe Villas have a second bathroom with a split set-up, where the toilet is separate from the shower and sink. Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa 1-bedroom villa is a great example of this. I’ve stayed there many times and love this set-up because it allows two people to use that second bathroom at one time, if necessary. If you want to really treat yourself to an exceptional stay, all 2-bedroom villas have two or more bathrooms!

Bryna, I hope this helps you find the perfect home base for your magical vacation! Whether you opt for the fun, larger-than-life theming at a Value Resort or choose to indulge in the comforts of home in a Deluxe Villa, having that extra bathroom is going to give you the extra space you’ll love and will help save time on late nights or early mornings. If you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to send them my way. I’d love to help you plan a visit that is “practically perfect in every way!”

With faith, trust, & pixie dust,
    Casey
