Welcome to planDisney, Frank! There are many great options throughout the
Walt Disney World Resort that may fit your needs, so let's get to it!
At many of the Deluxe Resorts, there are Deluxe Villas where you will find 2-Bedroom Villas that typically include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two bedrooms, often two bathrooms, and a common area. Some resorts also offer 2-bedroom Club Level suites, including
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. To see if there's availability for your dates, click on "
Places to Stay" in the top menu of the Walt Disney World Resort website. Input the necessary information, and under Resort Category, select "
Deluxe Resort Hotels" to explore your options. Note that when you see "villa," they're usually referring to the
Deluxe Villas I mentioned earlier, with 1-Bedroom Villas and larger typically offering a full kitchen and washer and dryer. If you see "suite," it's typically a traditional hotel-style suite rather than a Deluxe Villa.
Since the end of December is a rather popular time to visit the resort, and these accommodations are more limited in quantity than some others, you may also want to expand your search to the Family Suites at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort and
Disney's All-Star Music Resort. While they don't have two traditional bedrooms, they
do have a bedroom that is separate from the main living area, with additional sleeping spaces in that common area. You can also look into
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels to see if any of their accommodations work for your party.
Frank, I hope you enjoy every moment of your special time at the resort. The
holidays really are a treat, and spending them with family at the Most Magical Place on Earth is bound to be spectacular. If you have any other questions,
feel free to send them my way!
The magic is calling,
Matt
