Hi Melissa: Probably outside of your own home, Disney World is likely the best place to dine with allergies. While I don't have a list of restaurants, just about every Disney restaurant can accommodate gluten allergies. When making reservations, I would note the gluten allergy. I would also remind the host of the restaurant at check in as well as your server. Although not necessary, if you have a specific concern about accommodation of a gluten free diet, you can contact Disney at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com at least 14 days prior to your arrival and after booking your dining arrangements.
Enjoy your vacation.
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
