Looking for resort suggestions... what woud be the best moderate resort for a family of 3- myself, husband, and 3yo daughter? We currently have a reservation at CBR, but am second guessing that decision for Port Orleans, or other??

Choosing from all the many wonderful Disney resorts is a difficult dilemma when planning your vacation!  The Caribbean Beach resort gets high marks from children. There are many activities for them from beach, boating, playgrounds but the best is their newly refurbished pool.  The biggest drawback for this resort is that it is more spread out and if you do not have a room close to the main building and main pool you will have long walks or have to use the internal bus system.

My personal favorite is Port Orleans resort for the ambience.  I also enjoy being able to take a water taxi to Downtown Disney just for something different to do beyond the parks.  This resort has comparable amenities as the Caribbean Resort with pools, boating, etc.  Since your daughter is still young it might be fun to just review the two resorts on the website and decide which would be a more magical one for you and your husband.  Both will give you a wonderful Disney experience.
