Looking for recommendations for the things that are a must see and do for a 5 year old girl at magic kingdom.

Hi there, Brandy, and welcome to planDisney! From one mom of a little Princess to another, I'm so glad that you're here with this great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I just know that you and your daughter are going to have a blast!

Brandy, Magic Kingdom Park is full of fabulous experiences that your daughter will love! Some of our must-dos include watching the Festival of Fantasy Parade and Happily Ever After Fireworks Show, riding Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Tiana's Bayou Adventure, visiting Enchanted Tales with Belle and going Under the Sea with The Little Mermaid, getting the royal treatment at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Sir Mickey's, and having a delightful dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table. I'll share more with you about what makes these great for a five-year-old girl!

Here's how I would structure a perfect day at Magic Kingdom with my daughter:

    • Start by arriving early and taking advantage of lower morning crowds. I like to have a stroller for my little ones, and you can easily rent a stroller when you arrive.
    • Ride the new Tiana's Bayou Adventure - don't forget your poncho!
    • Visit Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (you'll need to make a reservation as soon as possible) - try to go in the morning so she can enjoy her new look all day! Head over to Sir Mickey's where you can get pixie dusted by a Cast Member as you make a wish (this is a complimentary service)!
    • Grab a snack and find a spot to watch the Festival of Fantasy Parade.
    • Enjoy more fun attractions and Character meet and greet experiences. Take time to rest and even maybe let her nap in the stroller as you explore the park.
    • Dine with some of your favorite Princesses at Cinderella's Royal Table. Make an Advance Dining Reservation as soon as you're able!
    • Sing and dance as you watch the Happily Ever After Fireworks Show from the front of Cinderella Castle. Next time you visit, watch it from behind the castle, near the Carousel for an entirely different experience!
Brandy, I hope you have the very best time with your daughter at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have as you continue to count down to your arrival!

    See you real soon!
