Welcome to planDisney, Kelley!
Thanks for stopping by to bring us your question. And if you’re asking for a receipt, hopefully it’s safe to assume you’re booked and ready to experience a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort soon! I hope you’re
so excited as the countdown gets closer.
Kelley, depending on how you booked your vacation, your receipt or booking confirmation will likely have been emailed to you. If you’ve searched all your inboxes with no luck, the next best place will be your My Disney Experience account. You can check that by
logging in on the website or on
the mobile app and heading to your plans, where you should see your resort reservation and ticket purchases.
A few tips when searching: specifically in your emails, search for keywords like “Walt Disney World,” “Disney Resorts,” or even the name of your resort hotel. Those confirmation messages usually include a detailed breakdown of what you paid and when.
Another option, if you booked through an authorized Disney travel planner, they are also a fantastic resource for this and can resend your receipt or confirmation in a snap.
And lastly, if technology is just not cooperating that day, a Cast Member can always be of assistance! You can
call the Walt Disney World Resort Guest Services line or try using the chat feature in the My Disney Experience app. A friendly CM should be able to look up your reservation and email your receipt again. That little bit of human pixie dust goes a long way!
I hope that makes tracking down your booking details nice and easy as you get ready for your trip. And don’t forget, if you need any additional help with planning your magical visit, we’re always here and happy to assist!
Wishing you smooth planning, happy countdown days, and a vacation that is practically perfect in every way,
Emille
