I was looking at purchasing the Photo Pass +. The Terms state can only be used at Disneyland Resort. Is it now Disneyland Resort? I knew it just as Disney. Also, would I be able to use the Pass for Disney Adventure? Thank you for your time

    Hi, Anna!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions. I hope you’re getting excited for your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!

The original theme park that had been known only as Disneyland since it opened in 1955 was eventually renamed Disneyland Park when the resort expansion began in the late 1990s. When Disney California Adventure Park opened in 2001, along with the Downtown Disney District and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, the area was named the Disneyland Resort to include the entire complex of theme parks, hotels, stores and restaurants.

I’m glad to hear you’re considering purchasing Disney’s PhotoPass+ to capture the magical memories you’re sure to create during your Disneyland Resort adventure! Photos are some of my most treasured vacation souvenirs, so I think PhotoPass+ is a wonderful investment. Yes, it can be used at both theme parks, including Disney California Adventure Park.

I hope this helps you plan, Anna, and that you enjoy a perfectly pixie-dusted visit to the Disneyland Resort. Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
