Hello, looking to purchase tickets for my parents for the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. Is it wheelchair/scooter accessible? Will they miss anything due to their wheelchair/scooter? I remember taking the tour in 2001 and climbing stairs. Thanks!

    Hi Stephen,

I LOVE Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour !  How awesome of you to want to purchase tickets for your parents.

The tour is indeed handicapped accessible.  Your memory serves you well.  There are stairs leading down to the utilidors but there are elevators available to those that need them.

Lunch is at the Columbia Harbour House.  When I went on the tour, lunch was in a roped off area on the second floor.  There is an elevator - its small and may not be enough room for an ECV but it can handle a wheelchair.

We went on the Haunted Mansion and the Jungle Cruise on our tour.  This can vary depending on what is going on in the parks the day of your tour.  They will need to transfer from a wheelchair or ECV  for the Haunted Mansion.  There is also a wheelchair accessible boat available on the Jungle Cruise. If they are using an ECV, there should be complimentary wheelchairs available for Guests using ECVs.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
