I am looking to possibly rent out all of Disney World for a night event for my staff in June 2024. Please get me in contact with someone who could help me.

Hi Kayla and welcome to planDisney!

I think it's so exciting and wonderful that you are considering Walt Disney World as a destination for your company event!  I have lots of experience with the wonderful Cast Members in event planning starting with my Disney Fairytale Wedding 15 years ago.  Since then, I have been planning reunion events for large groups every year.

I can't get you in direct contact with anyone myself, but I can lead you to where you can start an inquiry for a company event.  Disney Meetings & Events is where you'll find preliminary information and where you will go to submit a request and get the ball rolling.  While I have never rented out a park for my events, I have set up beautiful private dessert parties in EPCOT during the fireworks and Disney's Hollywood Studios during Fantasmic! as well as delicious private breakfasts in Animal Kingdom Theme Park in the Tamu Tamu Courtyard and in Disney's Hollywood Studios by renting out the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater.  There are so many fabulous options available at Walt Disney and I just know that Disney Meetings & Events will take good care of you to make your company event a night to remember.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional questions that we can help you with.

    Have a magical day!
