We are looking at planning a 2 day trip in early 2016 & planning to stay at 1 of the Resort/Hotel. Are we able to enter and exit a theme park & re-enter the same day without a Park Hopper Ticket? Just in case we want to go back to our room to rest

    Hello Scott!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical New Year!

As long as you are entering the same park, you should be able to leave the park to enjoy Downtown Disney District, relax at your hotel, or any other fun plans you have. You would only need the Park Hopper option if you wish to visit both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park in the same day.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you are planning your visit.

    See you real soon!
