Each Disney Resort hotel room reservation needs to be booked separately. Each reservation will have its own confirmation number, and all guests staying in that room should be listed when booking. It really works out for the best so each room can link their own credit cards for charging and will be able to manage their reservations on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App.
I suggest
choosing your dates and resort, then letting your pals know what you booked. During checkout, you may request rooms with interior connecting doors or nearby rooms. (All requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed.) To increase your chances of rooms near each other, make sure to choose the same room type (depending on resort, choices may include pool view, standard view, etc.).
