Hi Laura! Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for sending us your question! I'm always happy to help a fellow Coloradan and I am so excited to hear that you are planning a vacation to Disney World Resort!
The dates that you will visit will determine specifically what hotels are available. There are some
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel options that will accommodate a party of six. If you would like to keep everyone in one space,
Disney's Art of Animation Resort and
Disney's All-Star Music Resort both have Family Suites. You could also opt for a Wilderness Cabin at
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Some other options would be to choose a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel and reserve two rooms with a connecting door or choose a
Disney Resort Deluxe Villa that will have a multi-bedroom layout. With so many fun themes and great amenities, you can't go wrong and I would choose based on your family's theme preference and budget.
As you are planning your vacation, I would like to recommend that you purchase
theme park tickets and make
theme park reservations as far in advance as possible. Our family loves to have pool time and I would also plan some downtime between your theme park days to enjoy the pool as well as time at
Disney Springs for shopping, dining, and entertainment. You can also make any
dining reservations up to 60 days in advance.
The World's Most Magical Celebration is in full swing at Walt Disney World Resort and I know that you will make many magical memories, just as I have with my family!
Please feel free to stop back by with any additional questions you might have!
Happy Planning!
Lisa
