Hi Courtney! Thanks for stopping by planDisney for help planning an amazing birthday vacation! I can't think of a better place for your family to celebrate than at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Deciding to stay in a Disney Resorts hotel comes along with amazing benefits! Not only are you currently allowed to utilize
Early Theme Park Entry each day, but you also have access to complimentary
Disney Transportation to get to and from the parks each day. This comes in many forms, including buses, boats, monorails, and the Disney Skyliner. Early entry gives you a chance to get a head start on your day and allows you to fit in a few attractions before other Guests are able to enter.
A five-day visit is the perfect amount of time to see and do it all. With four theme parks to explore, this gives you a chance to visit each of them during your stay! To begin planning your trip, head over to the
Walt Disney World website and use the "Build Your Vacation" toolbar located at the top of the page. Enter your anticipated travel dates along with the number of Guests in your party. A list of Disney Resorts hotels will populate that have availability for your date range with a selection of room types for each. Once you make your selection, you'll then choose the number of park days you want for your trip. You'll have the choice to add the
Park Hopper Option to your ticket package if you want to visit multiple parks each day. This comes in handy if you want to have flexibility and gives you the chance to experience a bit more during your stay.
If you prefer to work with someone one-on-one to book your trip, you can contact an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner for help. These individuals can plan and book your entire stay, including your resort reservation, park tickets, and much more. To find one to work with, simply perform a Google search for Authorized Disney Vacation Planners. A host of options will appear and you can choose the one that fits best for you. One of the perks of using their services is it comes at no extra cost. You'll pay the same amount for your vacation as if you booked it yourself!
Courtney, I hope this information helps you during the planning process. When you arrive at your Disney Resorts hotel, make sure to stop by the front desk for a special birthday pin for your son to wear. You'll be surprised how many birthday shout-outs he'll receive from Cast Members and other Guests during your stay.
See ya real soon!
