Hi there! I am looking to plan a vacation to the Disneyland Resort for February 13-17 2023, and I was wondering when I would be able to book that. When I try to, it says that there's no information available and I want to start pricing my vacation.

Hi there, Elizabeth! We are so happy you stopped by planDisney!

It's getting to that time of year when we are getting a lot of questions about the 2023 Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages. With 2022 winding down, everyone is looking to the big, bright, beautiful tomorrow of 2023! I'm in the same Doom Buggy. I love to have a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth on the books so that I can daydream about those magical days ahead. While I don't have a concrete date for you of when those 2023 dates will open up, history tells us that it is usually some time between mid-August and early September ... so, just around the river bend! What I can tell you is that I and many of my fellow panelists like to follow the Disney Parks Blog and the @DISNEYLAND Instagram account for the latest news! This is likely where they will announce that those 2023 dates are open!

February is such a great month in the parks. The rush of the holidays has calmed, and the parks settle into a beautiful Southern California winter. You'll want to EARmark a few dates on your calendar for your planning. At 60 days out, you can start to make your dining reservations. I love to make a midday reservation to take a break from the park hustle and bustle and have a moment to slow things down. This is usually where I let the magic find me. Some of my favorites are Carnation Cafe, Blue Bayou Restaurant, and Lamplight Lounge. If you are a guest of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, keep those ears peeled for news on a new preferred dining reservation perk! We don't have many details just yet, but it sounds like Guests will have limited access to some coveted reservations reserved just for those staying on property!

About six weeks ahead of your visit, you'll want to take a peek at the park hours and Entertainment Schedule and start planning out your days and nights. This is where you will find times for Fantasmic!, World of Color, and any fireworks performances! One of the best ways to see these Nighttime Spectaculars is by booking a dining package that includes a meal and a voucher for a preferred viewing location! There are a few restaurants that offer these special opportunities for both Fantasmic! and World of Color

Elizabeth, while I know this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, I do hope it was helpful in your planning. If you have any more questions, we love to share the magic. We are always here for you at planDisney.

    Keep wishing on those stars,
