Hi Scott! Welcome to planDisney!
It's never too early to start planning a Walt Disney World vacation! In fact, Walt Disney World just announced today that you can start booking your 2023 stay starting on June 8th! This will include resort accommodations, park tickets, and vacation packages. With everything that goes into planning the perfect trip, solidifying travel dates and putting a deposit down will be a step in the right direction to start the planning process.
Depending on your budget and what type of room accommodations you are considering, you will have plenty of choices when it comes to where you want to stay. I would highly consider looking into the
two-bedroom deluxe villas located at most Disney Vacation Club properties! You can book these villas directly through the Walt Disney World website and include them in a vacation package! Most two-bedroom villas sleep up to nine Guests, which means you will have the extra comfort of the added space. I personally enjoy staying at
Disney's BoardWalk Villas, mostly for its fantastic location. You are sandwiched between EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios, along with access to several top-notch dining locations.
The Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts also offer a one-bedroom option as well. Most of these rooms hold up to five Guests and have three different sleeping options to accommodate your party. The bedroom space will typically have one larger bed, while the common space may have a sofa bed and chair bed. The space will be tighter as the square footage will be less, but if cost is a factor, then it may be a consideration for this trip.
As I mentioned earlier, pricing for next year will not be made available until a few weeks from now. I would wait until then to start your search to get the most accurate pricing for your vacation package. Once available, you can search for packages using the
Walt Disney World website. Simply input your expected travel dates and party information to view all available options.
Scott, I would also suggest reaching out to an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. These individuals can book your entire stay, including airfare, airport transportation, resort reservations, and ticket packages. I would perform a Google search and several planners should pop up. Check to see which one will work best for you and contact them for help. The best part about using a Vacation Planner is there is no extra cost to you. You will pay the same amount for your vacation as if you booked it yourself!
Scott, best of luck finding the perfect resort to accommodate your stay! I hope you and your family have a magical vacation!
