Hello. Looking to plan a surprise vacation for my wife and was wondering if Disneyland was even in the cards. Looking to fly from Boston the week of February 21. Any information would be incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Welcome to planDisney, Jeremy! I'm so happy you have asked us for help with planning such a special surprise!

As Walt Disney himself once said, "If you can dream it, you can do it!" So let's make this happen! I was just looking at theme park reservations for next week. There are at least two days with park reservations available if you plan to visit one park per day. I would recommend purchasing a park hopper ticket and if you do, there are even more availability of park reservations as of this moment. Depending on how many nights you wish to stay, there might be hotel reservations available at a Disneyland Resort Hotel. While there are three hotels to choose from at Disneyland Resort, my husband and I love staying at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa the most. With the close proximity to both theme parks and Downtown Disney District, you can really make the most of your visit!

As you are looking at flights, John Wayne Santa Ana Airport, also known as Orange County Airport, will be your closest option for traveling to Disneyland Resort. It's my preferred airport and very easy to get in and out of.

I would recommend checking for advanced dining reservations as well! One of my personal favorites is Lamplight Lounge for the great food and drinks and beautiful views of Pixar Pier!

Jeremy, your wife is so lucky to have you as a real-life Prince Charming and I hope this surprise works out for you! Wishing you a happily ever after vacation to Disneyland!

    Happy Planning!
