Hi Cassidy! A visit to Disney World with your little Mouseketeers sounds amazing! However, vacationing (anywhere) with little ones does require a bit of extra planning! You came to the right place!
Your plan is off to a solid start! The beginning of November is a great time to visit! The crowds and temperatures tend to be a little lower, which is a great combination when traveling with little ones!
It sounds like you really want to be sure your kiddos see the nighttime sky light up over Magic Kingdom! The fireworks show is called “
Happily Ever After.” The current calendar for showtimes goes through Tuesday, November 3, 2026, when the show will be held at 8:00 PM. The calendar will continue to be updated with additional dates. It is a helpful planning tool! Since you'll be in the park a little later for fireworks, let that be a "sleep in" or "down day" for your littles!
Cassidy, I think the most helpful tip I can provide for making your visit extra magical is not to make your Disney days “jam-packed,” but to plan for much-needed downtime for your family! My wife and I found that giving our three little guys a long afternoon break was helpful (for them and us)! Our day usually looked like getting to the park in the morning for a few hours, then heading back to our hotel for pool and nap time. Then we usually went back to the park in the late afternoon and early evening.
As for which days to visit each park, I recommend going to just about any park on any day of that particular week. I would (maybe) consider avoiding Animal Kingdom on Wednesday, November 4, as there will be
extended evening hours at that park for Guests staying in deluxe Disney World hotels. Extended evening hours tend to drive crowds higher for the whole day.
I hope this is helpful advice as you continue dreaming of your Disney World vacation!
Dreams do come true!
Jonathan
