We are looking to plan a HUGE family vacation to Disney for my daughter and step sons first visits. My daughter will be 2 when we arrive but turning 3 during our trip and my step son will be 10. What will happen with my daughter with tickets and such?

    Hi there Erin,

Sounds like you are planning the vacation of a lifetime.  There really is no better way to celebrate a birthday especially when the whole family will be there to join in the fun and magic The Walt Disney World Resort has to offer.

Since your daughter will still be 2 years old on the first day of the trip, she will be considered that age for the duration as far as admission is concerned, so you will not need to purchase park admission for her.  If the rest of your party will be on the Disney Dining plan, your daughter will not be eligible to add it if she does not have a valid ticket for ages 3-9.  She is also welcome to eat for free at buffets or share from your plate at table service locations.

    Best wishes,
