Greetings, Nicole, and thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I just know you and your little ones will "ARRRGGGGHHH" with delight over the
Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage.
Aboard your Pirate Ferry, you’ll be able to sing, tell pirate jokes and sit with your crew after filling your belly and celebrating with some special pirate guests. The fireworks display from Seven Seas Lagoon is exceptional; you’ll see every ounce of pyrotechnic spectacle from your boat, complete with soundtrack piped in. However, the projection sequences may be too hard to see from where you are anchored. You’ll be able to see the castle change colors, and perhaps a special effect or two from your position, but the great detail of characters moving up and down on the castle may be lost from afar. I would recommend saving a night later in the week after your Pirate Voyage to catch
Happily Ever After’s projections up close. You will see some “rare” characters and the castle itself seems to be performing feats!
Later that same evening in the main Magic Kingdom hub, you can witness Mrs. Potts telling Chip bedtime stories during the
Once Upon a Time Projection Show, typically 45 minutes after Happily Ever After is scheduled to begin. Be sure to check the Times Guide at the front of the park or ask a nearby Cast Member for assistance. I wish ye fair sailin’ and Bon Voyage! ~ Lindsey P.
