I have been looking at options to stay on the property during our vacation with 4 kids (6, 5, 2, 1) in July. Port Orleans Riverside is coming up cheaper than Music Value Resort. Which do you recommend? Value resort is a suite and Orleans is hotel room.

The family suites at the All Star Music are a great option for families looking for some extra space without paying the premium of staying in a villa.  As a trade-off, you'll sacrifice an on-site table-service restaurant and some of the theming details you'd find at a moderate resort.  On the flip-side, Port Orleans Riverside boasts gorgeous, lush grounds and a cozy, down home charm.  So, too, does it have a table-service restaurant and lounge with a very entertaining piano bar singer.  The sacrifice here will be that your accommodations will make for tight quarters with a family of six.  That said, my own family of six has squeezed into a room at Port Orleans Riverside before and it was doable.  Tight, but doable.  The best answer for your family will depend on which is more important to you: space or amenities.  If it's space, choose the family suite.  If it's amenities, I'd opt for Port Orleans Riverside.  Good luck!
