    Looking for opinions...celebrating hubbys 68th bday at Disneyworld. Have res at House of Blues for dinner, good choice? Looking for fun, upbeat spot...any other suggestions? Is House of Blues fun when no entertainment is scheduled? Thanks for help!

    The House of Blues is always a good time!  With this eatery's unique theming, fun atmosphere, and excellent cornbread, you cannot go wrong with this choice for a grown up birthday bash!

    Downtown Disney does have other options for a fun dinner. Bongos Cuban Cafe, with a gigantic pineapple towering over the roofline, has conga lines, Cuban drums, and more on the weekends. Raglan Road Irish Pub has traditional Irish dancers on hand to liven the place up seven nights a week and a house band Monday through Saturday. If your husband likes chocolate to mark a birthday celebration the Dunbrody Kiss here will make him happy.

    Pick up a birthday button for your hubby at Guest Services at your resort or any theme park. Also consider having a cake delivered to your room for a surprise. Call the cake hotline at (407) 827-2253 to arrange for the cake of your choice.

    Marianne, remember that if you either keep your reservation at the House of Blues or decide to change your husband will have a wonderful birthday dinner and celebration. You can not make a wrong choice for a fun spot at Walt Disney World. Wouldn't it be great if all of life's choices only had great outcomes?
