Looking to do one desert party and can't decide between frozen ever after at Epcot (we have previously done the illuminations desert party) or the ferrytale fireworks desert cruise at Magic Kingdom.

    Hi Jemma,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is only a few short months away! I adore a good dessert party so hopefully, I can help you with your decision.

I think the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party and the Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise are both fantastic ways to add something special to your vacation. My personal choice between the two would be the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party at Epcot World Showcase. I love the way you experience the Epcot nighttime spectacular during this party. You are so close to the action happening over World Showcase Lagoon. It can feel like you're in the middle of the show! Plus, you have a closing visit to the Frozen Ever After attraction. While the crowds are heading for the exits, you can enjoy a boat ride through Arendelle and take your time leaving the park.

Now, if you or someone in your party doesn't like feeling like they're close to the action of a nighttime spectacular, then you might want to consider Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise. One of my children does not enjoy crowds or the loud booms of the fireworks. For them, a Dessert Cruise is an amazing way to experience the incredible Happily Ever After fireworks show over Cinderella Castle. You have an unbelievable view with fewer people surrounding you. The yummy desserts are an awesome bonus! If you've already experienced a dessert party at Epcot, that might be another reason to try Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise.

Jemma, thank you for visiting us with another great question. I hope you will let us know if we can help you with any other planning questions!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
