    We are looking at November 2019 as our first family vacation to WDW. I heard that packages thru 10/2019 will be released soon but how will I book if we want 11/2019? And if a better deal comes along later can I modify my plans (dates/resort) without a fee?

    How wonderful to hear you are excited to plan your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Hooray!

    Historically, the next year's Magic Your Way vacation packages have been made available sometime in the summer before, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are announced any day now. It will also be interesting to see if all of 2019 is made available or if they release only part of the year. I'd keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as they are my go-to source for the announcements so I know I'm getting my pixie-dusted information straight from the Mouse, himself. I also suggest checking the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World Resort website prior to booking to see if there are any discounts available during your time frame. 

    If you do book and a special offer is released at a later date, the best thing to do is call Disney directly and inquire about changing your reservation to the discounted package. Please be aware that sometimes this requires a change in dates or resorts and depending on the modification, a change fee may apply.
