Hello! I was looking at needing a negative covid test but I know results take a while to recieve. I have a cheduled Disney trip for the 5th of June am I able to do the covid test now and take that?

Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it’s off to planDisney you go, Yaritza!

You’re just about one week away from your epic getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth… time to get excited! Now, to help you prepare. To ensure you get the latest information for your visit, I recommend checking out this helpful page on the Disneyland Resort website.

Currently, Guests aren’t required to show a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination in order to enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. However, the State of California strongly recommends that all Guests are fully vaccinated or that they receive a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland Resort. So, you won’t be asked to show any test results upon entry, though it’s recommended you take one for your own knowledge prior to entering the theme parks.

Also, it’s strongly recommended that Guests wear face coverings when in enclosed transportation and when indoors. Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and older) in certain indoor health settings (such as First Aid) regardless of vaccination status.

The Resort is also managing attendance by requiring all Guests to have a reservation for park entry. So, be sure you have a valid ticket and a theme park reservation for the same day and same park that you want to visit. Keep in mind that theme park reservations are limited and subject to availability. Of course, all of these details are subject to change at any time, so I recommend checking this page again right before your visit to make sure you have the latest information!

Now, let’s get to the fun part! I can’t wait for you to experience the return of our favorite nighttime spectaculars, including the Main Street Electrical Parade, Disneyland Forever fireworks, and Fantasmic! in Disneyland Park, and World of Color in Disney California Adventure Park. You’re visiting at the perfect time, since all of these awesome experiences will be back by your visit.

Wishing you good health, safe travels, and a magical vacation, Yaritza!

    See ya’ real soon,
