I was looking at multipass, we are coming with 2 adults and one infant. If we both purchase a multipass, can I book my partner a lightning lane using my allowance? (As I do not like the bigger rides and will need to stay with my daughter)

Hi there, Suman, and welcome to planDisney! What a special visit you have coming up with some very special people! There's no better place, in my opinion, to experience the magic of family and togetherness than the Happiest Place on Earth. I'm so excited for you!

Thank you for your question. I love your plan to maximize the magic by utilizing Lightning Lanes. To answer your question, Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass are attached to a specific Guest's theme park ticket, so only that person will be allowed to use it. Your partner will not be able to use any of your Lightning Lanes, unfortunately.

Because someone will always need to be with your little one, you may want to take advantage of a really great service called Rider Switch. Guests take turns experiencing an attraction while one party waits outside the queue and the remainder of their party waits in the queue. Once the first party returns from riding, the remaining Guest(s) may board the attraction without having to wait in the standard queue. Rider Switch is available at most attractions throughout the Disneyland Resort, but not all. I suggest speaking with the Cast Member at the entrance of the attraction to check if Rider Switch is available. They'll be happy to assist you!

Even though some attractions do have a height requirement at Disneyland, there are dozens (and DOZENS) of attractions that are able to be enjoyed by all, no matter age or height. And although every family should make decisions based on their own preferences and priorities, the Disneyland Railroad, "it's a small world," and Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway are my favorite attractions families and groups can enjoy together at Disneyland, grandparents to little babes.

Suman, I want to also make sure you are aware of the Disneyland Resort Baby Care Centers, located at the end of Main Street next to Plaza Inn in Disneyland Park, as well as next to Ghirardelli Soda Fountain in California Adventure. Each of these full-service Baby Care Centers are complimentary and offer a host of helpful amenities like cozy nursing rooms with chairs, a kitchen with sink, bottle warmers and microwave. The Baby Care Center is a quiet, cool oasis away from the hustle and bustle and provides caregivers and their little ones with some extra comforts. It also has the coldest water in the entire park, in my opinion, so make sure to fill up your water bottles while you're there!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question, Suman! As you continue to prepare for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, don't hesitate to come back and ask me another question! I'd love to share more recommendations for a truly magical time with little ones. But, most of all, I sincerely hope you and your sweet one have so much fun immersed in the Disneyland magic. Say "hi" to Mickey for me!

    Warmest wishes,
    McCayla
