Looking to move our reservation for a character dinner and add one guest. How do we do this?

    Hi there, Bryan,

Adding a little more character to your Disneyland Resort visit sounds like a great idea. The easiest way to make changes to existing dining reservations is to use the Disneyland mobile app. From the ☰ feature menu, tap open the “Future Plans” screen. (Or if your dining reservations are for the current day, open the “My Genie Day” screen.) Find your dining reservation in the list of activities and tap it to see more details. To make changes to your reservation, tap the “Modify” button. You can then adjust your party size and the date and time you would prefer to visit. As you make changes to the party size and/or time, you will either see alternate times to choose or a message that indicates that there are no available reservations for that party size at that time.

If you prefer to make reservation changes using the Disneyland Resort on a web browser, you may visit the “My Plans” page. Then click on the “Change Reservation” link to open a screen that lets you choose a different time and party size. Click on the “Search” button to display the available times that match your request.

Tony’s Tip: For most Disneyland Resort restaurants, you may attempt to modify or cancel your reservation up to two hours before the reservation time. If you find that the reservation modification tool doesn’t see an available space to match your party’s needs, I would recommend stopping by the restaurant earlier in the day to inquire about the possibility of making changes from their end. Such requests aren’t guaranteed to be fulfilled. But it never hurts to ask if there is a little extra pixie dust on hand to help out a Guest.

Thanks for the great question, Bryan. I hope you and your party have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort.
