    I am looking at making a reservation and have it set for 4 people, I am unsure if our 4th person will be able to join us but want to get it booked. Can you adjust the room reservation to reflect 3 adults if the 4th person is unable to attend?

     
    Howdy, Lauren! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by! You've certainly come to the right place for tips and advice on your next Walt Disney World adventure! 

    Walt Disney World vacations are the easiest to make and modify! As you may have already learned, all that is required to book a Vacation Package is a small deposit. Full payment for your vacation will not be due until 30 days before the start of your trip. Until that time, you will also be able to make modifications on your trip, such as adding or removing Guests without penalty, as long as you've booked the trip directly with the Walt Disney World travel company! Changes made within 30 days of arrival may incur a $50 change fee per package, and changes made within 14 days of arrival may incur an additional $15 processing fee.
