Looking at making breakfast reservations at Chef Mickeys for October 30th. At what time in the morning do you recommend me making my reservation so that we get a spot when we hit 60 days in advance? looking at it on the 25th, they are completely booked.

Hello Nicole! Well, it looks like I came to your question just in time! You’re about to hit your all-important 60-day mark!

Guests can make advanced Disney Dining reservations 60-days prior to their vacation arrival date. Character dining experiences, such as Chef Mickey's, are extremely popular! I recommend using your My Disney Experience app to make your dining reservations. I find that it works a little faster than the online dining reservation system.

Get into your My Disney Experience app early! I recommend 5:45 AM EST as a good start time. A few select restaurants allow reservations to be made starting that early. Others will start taking reservations at 6:00 AM EST. Have your credit card next to you! You will need your credit card to hold a reservation, but it won’t be charged!

Nicole, don’t be too discouraged if you don’t get a reservation right away! Keep trying throughout the day. Keep trying in the days and weeks leading up to your vacation. Even try once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort! Reservations become available due to cancellations and Guests simply changing their plans. You might be one of the lucky ones to snag one of those reservations! I've scored reservations for high-demand dining locations at the strangest times! Check the app frequently for availability!
