Hi Chris! I'll be glad to help answer your question. Disney's Dining Plan individual meal allowance for Table-Service Lunch or Dinner, include one Appetizer (Guests ages 3-9 only), a Main Course, a Dessert, and a Non-Alcoholic Beverage (or one Full Buffet). Main Courses listed on the menu incorporate specific Sides as part of each entrée. When my family dined in Epcot's Canada, "Le Cellier" Mushroom Filet Mignon was accompanied by a Side of Wild Mushroom Risotto. There was no additional charge for any Sides already included as part of each entrée. Therefore, if you order "Le Cellier" Mushroom Filet Mignon off the menu, there won't be any additional charges for the Wild Mushroom Risotto Side served with your entrée. If your heart is set on having Mashed-Potatoes, or if you have a dietary restriction that prevents you from consuming the Wild Mushroom Risotto, you may request a Side substitution. I was able to replace my Wild Rice Risotto with Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes. However, keep in mind that additional add-on Sides, are not included in the Disney Dining Plan. If ordering extra Sides, you will incur additional meal charges.
Le Cellier is a popular choice for guests visiting Disney's Epcot. If you haven't already, I would suggest making Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR) as soon as possible. You may book by calling (407) WDW-DINE or making your ADR
here. May you enjoy a magical and memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
