    I am looking at the "Keys to the Kingdom" tour, but need to know if there is cell service underground? Any suggestions?

    Hey, Mary!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You will love this tour. Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour sets you on an adventure above and below Magic Kingdom Park. Now, I don’t want to spoil the magic for you but I can assure you that your Tour Guide is focused on those Keys. I would recommend an earlier tour so you are at your freshest and have time for attractions after the tour. You will go everywhere including the secret … woah, I almost let the mouse out of the bag.

    The "Utilidors" segment is a very short portion of the tour, lasting around 15 minutes. We were instructed not to take our cell phones out due to theme park privacy issues. If you are expecting a call, the cell service is limited but you could always ask your Cast Member tour guide to hold your phone and answer it as needed. Please ask them what the best procedure is for answering phone calls.

    This is not a tour to miss as you will be able to ask any question about Walt Disney World theme parks you can imagine. I suggest taking one of the complimentary bottles of water they offer at the Town Square Theater where you begin the tour.

    Disney Dad Tip: If you want even more pixie-dust then take the Backstage Magic Tour. This tour takes you behind the scenes of all four major Walt Disney World theme parks.
